Araoye Mariam Olamide is the Founder and Lead Career Architect of HireBeam Enterprise Consultancy, a human-led career and talent advisory firm created to help professionals present their experience with greater clarity, confidence and strategic direction.

With extensive hands-on experience in career development, professional positioning and résumé strategy, Mariam founded HireBeam from a simple observation: many capable professionals have the experience to compete for better opportunities, but struggle to communicate that value effectively.

HireBeam was established to bridge that gap.

Rather than relying on generic templates or automated career solutions, Mariam developed HireBeam around a more personal approach — understanding each professional's background, ambitions and target direction before shaping their career narrative and positioning.

Her academic background includes studies at Federal Polytechnic, Offa, complemented by continued professional development in career-focused practice.
